First Year Finals - One Down, Three to Go. Yes, that's right it only adds up to four. That's because Pro Skills II ended over a week and a half ago, so I only have to tear my hair out over three exams. Contracts was today. Which for some reason was not too bad. He could have made the exam a real monster by having us look at two fact patterns. Now I have to worry about Civil Procedure along with Crim Pro and Torts. CrimPro is not too bad as it is limited to Fourth Fifth and Sixth Amendments. My CrimPro class in undergrad covered all of this material in addition to the 7th and 8th amendments. I'll probably do OK if I read over my outline and go through a bunch of multiple choice questions. Torts on the other hand, I'm really going to need to review some of his exams to spot the issues and to ensure I cover all of the material pertaining to Strict Liability, Products Liability, Damages, and Defamation. Anyway I've got to just "Get er' done!" WDR
