Does this thing work? Hello, Testing 1, 2, 3..... No, I haven't fallen off the face of the earth, but I am starting to feel like Quasimodo after spending what feels like 12 hour days in the library this semester. I recently finished my first set of midterms for the second semester. Torts and CrimPro. The Torts exam wasn't too bad, I had the same feeling this time that I had after the final. I had no idea what I wrote about, I'm just hoping it makes sense. As for the CrimPro MT. I'll admit it, I panicked. I know the material, but the exam was a "racehorse." After reading it, and trying to outline an answer, I had a little less than an hour to address the reliability of informant information, RS to stop based on the information provided by an informant, an unlawful arrest, and violation of the curtilage of the home without a warrant, not to mention a violation of the plain hearing doctrine by the bungling officers. As for the next set of midterms, Contracts and CivPro, I just want to get them over with so I can start working on my final appellate brief. The calendar says there is about seven weeks in the semester left, but the time is just going to fly on by. BTW: I really can use a summer *law-oriented* job. I'm itching to get my feet wet and the prospects of staying at my current part-time gig over the summer is not very exciting. WDR
