What I Am Thankful For I'm thankful for my family, immediate and extended. To have the ability to go to my Grandmothers House on Thanksgiving and have a wonderful meal. Hold conversations with my aunts and uncles, and laugh about how bad I am playstation golfing. I'm thankful for bit torrents. To have the ability to locate and download shows from the internet like a TiVo on crack, has helped me to have more control over what I want to watch, when I want to watch it. I'm thankful for my college degree. Four years of work and I get a parchment with my name on it and a movie stars signature. I'm still waiting for this one to pay off. I'm thankful for my parents. They have the patience to allow two young adults to stay at home while they attempt to make a life for themselves. I'm thankful for the ability to air my thoughts via this blog. Only three people really know what I feel and what I'm doing at any given time, other then that I have no external venting system. This blog helps to keep me sane. I'm thankful for politics. If the fight to gain power was interesting, then the fight to keep power will be the focus of our federal three ring circus. In the first ring is the legislative branch, with Tom DeLay as the ringmaster. The second ring being the judicial branch, with the Chief Justice still being treated for cancer. And the third ring is the Executive Branch, with a President that is consolidating power faster then Nixon. It has been said that "absolute power corrupts absolutely," eventually the public will realize the hypocrisy of the Republican party, it's only a matter of time. Happy Thanksgiving to All----WDR
