Never Forget My brother wrote an extremely in-depth post on what he (and the rest of America) went through on 9/11/01. I still remember how my Dad told me the National Guard and LAPD were on full deployment in Downtown L.A. after he went to work over my Mother's objections. Today the news media have been running stories asking "Are we safer?" I think they are asking the wrong question. The right question should be "Where the hell is Osama bin Laden?" Three years after the attacks in New York, the murderer of 2,973 people is still at large. If bin Laden is captured then the first question is moot. No matter what Dick and Bush say, THERE HAS BEEN NO CONFIRMED CONNECTION BETWEEN IRAQ AND 9/11. The cosmic ripple of 9/11 has cost the lives of thousands. It has allowed an idiot to remain president. A nation to become isolated, and a world to become less of a community and more of bully's paradise. America needs to become the beacon to the world. The one other countries look to for guidance and wisdom. A nation led by reason and not by religion. A nation were we are not telling the people a vote for the other guy is a vote for terror. A nation were the people are able to cut through the political crap and demand better from our elected officials. Never Again, Never Forget.............WDR
