One Cool iPod, So little music to put on it. I recently used some of my graduation money to purchase a 15 GB iPod. It is the best dam MP3 player ever made, yet it has some nagging flaws. First, Windows PC users cannot charge the device and sync the music on it at the same time. Second, I don't own enough music to fill 15GB nor have the money to purchase music CD's. It came down to paying for the iPod or the ridiculously priced CD's made by manufactured artists. And third, you can't listen to your iPod while driving unless you are willing to pay more money. All of these flaws have simple solutions. First, who needs to charge and sync at the same time? Unless you're an artist who listens to new tracks everyday, this should not be a problem. Second, 1 GB of music is about one day of music, so 15 GB = about 15 days. Unless you are the D.J. at Burning Man, no one is ever going to need 15 days of music on hand. And finally, an iPod makes a great traveling radio station. Using a Belkin transmitter, my brother and I were able to listen to his iPod while driving from Anaheim to Davis and back from San Francisco to Anaheim. Mainly I bought a 1GB music player and a 12.5 GB (after formatting) portable firewire hard drive. I figured I can put some DIVX compressed TV shows on it and use it as a portable media storage device. When I want to watch something, I'll just plug my iPod into my laptop. Currently on my iPod Run by Snow Patrol
