I would like to thank the Ninth Circuit for giving me a little more time to think about casting my ballot for the recall. It's sitting on my desk waiting for the right time to be mailed. My mind is made up, and while I said earlier that I would vote for the recall, the downside is too great. Hopefully McClintock stays in the race and splits the Republican ticket, leaving Bustamante with a clearer shot. Oh BTW, I had a chance to see the Flugtag at the Santa Monica Pier last weekend. Funny stuff. I saw a Pig that actually flew. The Duff blimp, and a UCLA penguin crashing into the ocean with sorority girls on it!! The crowd was huge but not too bad.
