The final report is out from the Columbia Accident Investigation Board. It's hefty and thorough, as it should be. It is sad when the Flight controller in Houston has to find out about the break up through someone with a cell phone. I hope this report changes the culture at NASA and returns us to space, but unfortunately, this report will only continue the calls for the elimination of manned space flight. I only found out about the accident through a radio playing in the London hotel I was staying in. Hail Columbia.
