Sitting in Dodger Game Traffic enroute to the Van Nuys Airshow - 1.5 Hours Trying to Find a parking space with a car that sounds like it is about to die- 45 mins Feeling the Bone rattiling roar of an F/A 18 Hornet from 50 yards away- Priceless Had a great time this weekend at the Van Nuys Airshow. I had not been to an airshow in years since they closed MCAS El Toro. A KC-135 was on display and the always awesome F-117 Stealth Fighter was there also. Nothing strikes the fear of god (I'm saying this sarcastically) then seeing a F-117 making a sharp turn above your head! As for Sports: A good day is made even better when the Angels beat the Dodgers. Hopefully the Angels will get hot now (I won't hold my breath) but they have a tough series coming up against Seattle. In the Legal Field: SCOTUS today made two interesting decisions pertaining Web censorship and Affirmative Action. Both are confusing, (standard operating procedure of the court recently) and following the same 5-4 voting pattern with O'Connor casting the swing vote. The way the court is currently arranged, one retirement and we can kiss all of our constitutional freedoms goodbye. I'll post more as events warrent. Later WDR
