Tired, sore, & fustrated. No I did not get into a fight with a large cat. The wealts across my back from the paintball game this morning sure don't help matters any, and did I mention that I have too much stuff to do. Some problem!? As for my Assignments, I'm so used to the "sit down and type" method of writing papers that when I have to think about the subject (I choose no less) I just want to walk away from my work. But no, I must persever, get my mind back on what I need to do. In the words of the old sage Jesse James, of Monster Garage fame, "Just geeeeettttttt itttt Dooonnnee" (Said with a trace amount of sarcasm, with a little bit of "not my problem, mister"). I've been browsing website for the Atlantic Monthly Magazine. There is a lot of interesting stuff on the site. For Example I'm Right, Your Wrong, Go to Hell A nice little primer on Religion and civilization, or this one Broken Windows A must read for any Criminal Justice major, James Q. Wilson's and George Kelling's theory on the proliferation of crime reiterates the well-known way to stop crime is to have pride in your neighborhood. In a sense, EVERYONE needs to pitch in to prevent crime! As for the Ducks game yesterday, Don't ask.......Ugh! Sorry for the long post, but I'm making up for Saturday. Eventually this blog will have some sort of focus, but for now it serves as a grinder for my thoughts. Later......Splat!....I'M OUT
