Guten Morgen! No I don't speak German but I thought i would open my posts with something different for once. My paper choices always seem to work out. Sooner or later something is mentioned in news papers which help to reinforce my arguments. A recent editorial by Adam Cohen in the New York Times discusses the impact of Emerson on American society. "It provides... an intellectual basis for Rugged Individualism" His argument continues to mention how the Rugged Individualism prevalent in America has given way to self-absorption and Emerson is current to read as he reflects what our nation has become. Quite interesting stuff. Well the posts are going to be few and far bewteen as I'm Hitting Crunch Time, Later WDR...
